We are promoting our great Senator with fellow club members, friends and neighbors and will be working for Senator Burr in our county - handing out literature, putting up signs, making calls, etc! We are organizing our precincts to do neighborhood blitzes, etc. for Senator Burr and our conservative and Republican candidates.

Our family has written to Burr on topics such as food safety and the dangers from foreign dog food and baby formula. In his response we were stunned at the bills he was involved with and the bills he was introducing to protect all of us. This was a letter from a fully engaged, hard working man. I am appalled at the mean-spirited ads running from the Democrats; both sides have taken contributions from the oil companies, including our president. This ad alone is enough to turn my vote as well as it turned my stomach.

Senator Burr has done absolutely nothing for the people in the North Carrolina. He voted no against unemployment benefit and funds for our troops who are fighting in the war. In addition, he voted against healthcare reform. It is time for North Carolina to retire Senator Burr in 2010!!!

Sen. Burr has consistently worked for the people of NC by proposing common-sense answers to the nation's problems, especially with regards to the healthcare debate. I'm confident his second term will be just as successful as his first.

How refreshing to have an elected official who is thoughtful, reasonable and fair! Sen. Burr is a fine man who would be a fine leader for the country, not just NC!

Very poor. His dogmatic partisanship has utterly failed to represent just under half of North Carolinians. Toady, is the first word that springs to mind when he is mentioned. If he has ever had an independant thought, it hasn't been a good enough one to make it on my radar.
