Votes against the Employee Free Choice Act, stating it eliminates the "Secret Ballot" when in fact this is a lie and because the EFCA does not in fact elminate the secret ballot, but leaves the secret ballot as another option. Ask him yourself he'll probably lie to you in his letter about it.
