What grade would you give Sen Burr overall?:

It's good that Sen. Burr offered an alternative based on free market principles to the Healthcare bill that was passed. I'd like to see him more outspoken and take steps to reel in the transfer of powers to the Executive Branch, Congress has given too much power away to regulators and the President.
