Burr's vote FOR Bush's bailout and AGAINST Obama's bailout just proves he will vote in a partisan manner no matter what his constituents say. Also, he has not worked to fight illegal immigration in spite of the fact that it costs NC taxpayers millions in food stamps, education, medicaid, etc.
